A Favorite Project

The Seahorse

Brent was commissioned to hand-carve two Seahorse wall brackets for a private residence in New York. Florida coral stone was selected because of its natural composition of coral, fossils and shells. Architectural drawings were provided and transferred onto the stone to aid in the carving process. Brent’s careful adherence to the drawings/specifications and his precise attention to detail in carving made possible a tight visual consistency between the two seahorse brackets.
