Carved in stone
Brent has expertise in design, layout and lettering. He was proprietor of Aesthetics Sign Company, which specialized in lettering (carved incised, V-cut), gilding (gold leafed) and sandblasting. We are able to fabricate the more intricate designs, articulated with the use of sketches and drawings, that are required by architects, designers, and clients with precise attention to detail and care.
When we build, let us think that we build forever. Let it not be for present delight nor for present use alone. Headstone
Ames Ledger Stone
The Ames headstone was created of Wales Black slate and includes a hand-carved oak leaf border around the perimeter of the stone and incised, hand chiseled V-cut lettering. Sketches and drawings are used in the planning and design process.
